This is a foundational, relaxing therapy involving gliding strokes (effeurage), kneading (petrissage), friction, tapping and vibration to ease muscle tension, boost circulation and reduce stress. Known in Sweden as “classic massage” its a full body treatment using oils to manipulate soft tissues gently.

This is a full body Massage using Reiki hands on along the way. Pausing were I need to listening to your body and intuitively giving you Reiki where its needed. I will work on you chakras during this treatment also.

Using Reiki, energy work, chakra healing, meridian pathways, breathwork and intuitive healing techniques from around the world, I work with your unique energy and the areas that intuitively feel ready to be supported.
The treatment may include working with the root chakra and awakening Kundalini energy, creating greater balance, flow and connection within.

Bespoke Massage
Upperbody Unwind
A focused treatment of the back, arms, hands, shoulders and neck. A deeper massage can be done if you wish. This is an excellent massage that can also really work those areas feeling strain from using mobiles, laptops etc. This massage is also perfect for those that are a bit body conscious being only the top half of the body.

Flow and Fusion Massage
A very flowing full body massage where Im bringing together various style of massage from around the world including lomi lomi with long flowing wave like strokes originating from Hawaii. The rhythmic flow to this restores harmony in your mind, body and soul. Some Thai and Indian methods may be used also where I feel its needed as I intuitively work around the body. This is one of the most popular massages.

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique focused on reducing stress and promoting relaxation by directing ‘universal life for energy’.
I will use light touch or hover hands just above the body to balance chakras aiming to support the body’s natural self healing abilities. I may use a crystal and stones to guide me in this treatment.
The Reiki will work on your physical, spiritual and emotional needs.

This unique male experience is tailored for the skin and muscle of a man offering deeper tissue care. Woody, spicy or fresh scented sandalwood, frankincense or peppermint oils will be used.
Whilst working my way around the bodyI will put more emphasis into the areas that are needing more. Most men will want work done on neck, shoulders and lower back.
